Seeking authors for pieces on current and significant events happening at both the local and global levels. Pieces should be between 500—1000 words and written in accessible manner that avoids heavy jargon and limiting the understanding of the piece to just sociologists. We also welcome reviews and commentary on aspects of popular culture and the arts.

To contribute a feature article, please contact Corey Dolgon (cdolgon@stonehill.edu), with “THIS WEEK IN SOCIOLOGY” in the subject line and layout the context and purpose of your article. We welcome contributions from faculty, applied sociologists, and graduate students on a rolling basis.
